Lost Innocence

Another of many gift pieces for the talented `Saimain of her character Luke, as his mind reels back and forth between nightmare and reality. He is chained in his room, hence the shackles. In each of the top corners are the crowns he wore and would have worn; the circlet he wore as a prince and the crown that he will never feel upon his head. He is supposedly looking up toward the crown as if he were wondering what it would have been like to be a king, not just a prince. The black wing smudges were a slight take from an old piece of Adele's; I thought it fitting to add them, as well as a few cuts, for the extra darkness effect. Finally, the title comes from the combination of two picturess of Luke; one when he was a child, and one when he's older and has lost his innocence and the right to the throne.
This piece took 6 hours and 10 minutes over the course of two days.
